We use a combination of visual and analytical chemistry techniques to help identify the pollutant or contaminant, determine its origin or provide leads for further investigation.

These include:

• Optical Microscopy
• Fourier Transformation Infrared Spectroscopy/ Microscopy (FTIR),
• Scanning electron microscopy - Energy dispersive x-ray analysis (SEM-EDX),
• Gas chromatography (MS, FID, ECD, HRMS)
• Liquid chromatography (MS_n, Ion trap, UV, Fluorescence)
