Food Allergen Testing

Using the Enzyme Immuno-Sorbant Assay (ELIZA) technique, AsureQuality's Food Allergen laboratories test for food allergens in raw materials, environmental swabs, material in production and end products. They are able to test and quantify peanut, hazelnut, almond, soy, sesame, milk  (ß lactoglobulin and casein), egg, crustacea and gluten proteins.Peanuts - a common cause of allergic reactions
