Food Chemistry
Based in Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch and Melbourne our chemistry laboratories comprise of two integrated teams – general chemistry and nutritional.
- The general chemistry teams carry out compositional testing as well as multi-residue screening of dairy products, soil and plant material. Highly automated analytical instrumentation is used including LECO protein analysers, GC-MS spectrometers and HPLC's to produce high quality, timely results for our customers.
- The nutritional teams carry out an extended range of vitamin, amino acid, pharmaceutical active ingredient, mineral and trace element tests for a range of agribusiness, food and pharmaceutical products.
AsureQuality can provide an on-site problem solving and food forensic testing service of product in the event of a customer complaint or a food borne illness outbreak.
As the preferred laboratory for the National Heart Foundation we are able to complete specific tests in line with their requirements for nutritional analysis.
