Japanese Positive List Testing
There is a new system currently being implemented by the Japanese Government known as the Positive List. Japan is prohibiting foods containing ingredients of agricultural chemicals and feed additives over a certain level. The regulations apply to all domestically produced and imported foodstuffs and comprise a listing of almost 800 chemicals.
We can provide the market access vital to getting foodstuffs including produce, ingredients and processed and manufactured product into the Japanese market. AsureQuality's Wellington Laboratory has the appropriate testing methodologies to provide the required quality assurance within desirable cost and turnaround times.
