ACC Workplace Safety Discount Programme
This programme offers small employers and self-employed people a 10% discount on their ACC workplace levies in return for actively managing health and safety in their business.
The programme focuses on:
- Hazard management
- Incident and accident investigation
- Emergency readiness
- Information, training and supervision
To be eligible you need to be self-employed or a small employer with an annual payroll of $450K or less and 10 or fewer employee equivalents, and fall within the ACC classification unit for agriculture or forestry.
To get your workplace safety discount now, you need to:
- Attend a FREE training workshop with AsureQuality
- Complete a written self- assessment showing a good understanding of helath and safety practices, and how you manage the hazards you and your staff are exposed to.
