Developed for catering type businesses, this 2 part programme is the first step in gaining credits towards a National Certifcate in Hospitality (Entry Skills), Level 2 and consists of 2 off-job training days, followed by workplace assessment for the NZQA unit standards.

Suitable for front of house staff working in food service businesses providing counter service such as airports, hospital cafes, canteens etc...
- Providing counter food and beverage service
- Preparing and clearing areas for counter food service
