To advance the digitalisation of our auditing and certification services and to support the future of food assurance, AsureQuality is partnering with Intact – a market leader in quality assurance software solutions for food industry certification, to implement a new Audit Management System.
This new system is a key component of our investment in the technology innovation roadmap at AsureQuality and aligns to a core pillar of our strategy - to enable service excellence through improved systems and processes.
Our project team has been working closely with Intact on the system implementation since March 2023 and we are pleased to underway with the first phase of the roll-out, with our Food Auditing team the first of our services to begin using the Intact platform. Food auditing customers will notice that their audit reports have a new refreshed layout making it easier to identify the information they need.
The new system will create efficiencies for our audit operations and facilitate standardisation across the breadth of our audit and certification services.
