We are pleased to be able to offer this training directly with our trainer, one on one.  You will require

  • Email or phone contacts for discussions
  • Some Video training may be offered - a good internet connection will be required for this option
  • Where possible, choose a quiet space where you are unlikely to be interrupted for the duration of your training. 
  • Duration - allow up to 5 days to complete the self directed reading and assignment requirements. Allow up to 2 weeks for the completion of the assignments and assessor contact.

  • Exemplar Global-QM: Auditing Quality Management Systems
  • Exemplar Global-TL: Leading Management System Audit Teams Participants assessed as competent in both the AU and FS units will meet the knowledge competency requirements to register as a Food Safety Auditor with Exemplar Global International’s qualification and competency based Food Safety Auditor Certification schemes.

Prerequisite

Experience in HACCP is preferable.
