Simon Love
Head of Sustainability Assurance
Simon has been working in sustainability since 2007, both in New Zealand and overseas. He has experience in delivering sustainability strategies, carbon footprints and life cycle assessments, and has a keen understanding of how sustainability translates into business value.
Darren Patterson
Manager - Future Sustainability Programmes
Darren has over thirty years of work experience in sustainability in New Zealand and the United Kingdom. He has experience implementing and managing sustainability initiatives, including setting and monitoring science-aligned emissions targets, and undertaking audits for Sustainability-Linked Loans. He manages the Future Sustainability Programmes team, focused on developing new assurance and advisory initiatives. Darren is also an advisor to the Minister for the Environment on waste issues.
Susanna Wills
Senior Specialist - Future Sustainability Programmes
Susanna has a technical background covering farming, freshwater, GIS, and indigenous biodiversity. In her role at AsureQuality, Susanna works with customers to facilitate the creation and rollout of new sustainability assurance programmes, as well as audit delivery and training support. Susanna lives on a sheep and beef station in Hawke’s Bay.
Rosemary Taggart
Specialist - Future Sustainability Programmes
Rosemary supports the development, implementation, and ongoing operation of sustainability assurance programmes across the primary sector. She has particular expertise in assessing the equivalency of sustainability assurance programmes and relevant domestic and international requirements. Having grown up on a dairy farm in Mid-Canterbury, Rosemary has a thorough, hands-on understanding of intensive primary production systems.
Henry Lissaman
Programme Specialist - Freshwater Farm Plans
Henry brings strong technical expertise in farm planning, water quality and sustainable land management across roles in New Zealand and the UK, including extensive experience engaging with farmers and regulators. His current focus is AsureQuality’s appointment programme for freshwater farm plan certifiers and auditors. Having grown up on an irrigated sheep and cropping farm in Marlborough, now developed into a vineyard, Henry brings a practical understanding of diverse farm systems.
Grace Ransby
Delivery Lead
Grace brings a deep understanding of compliance, quality management, and service improvement to the Sustainability Assurance team. As Delivery Lead, she ensures effective project and process management practices, continuous improvement, and quality control. She ensures the team operates smoothly, meets performance goals, and delivers work on time and in budget. Grace is an ICAgile Certified Professional.
